Committees and Liaisons
The business of the organization is conducted by a variety of committees and representatives. There are 3 types of OAH constitutionally mandated committees: standing committees that oversee the governance of the organization, service committees that advance the OAH mission, and award and prize committees that identify and recognize the the best historical scholarship. Additionally, the OAH utilizes several ad hoc committees and a handful of organizational liaisons.
