Charles L. Cohen is professor of history and religious studies, and director of the Lubar Institute for the Study of the Abrahamic Religions, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Winner of several distinguished teaching awards and recognized in Who's Who in American Teachers, he works on early American history and American religious history. He is coeditor, with Paul S. Boyer, of Religion and the Culture of Print in Modern America (2008). Lecture topics:
