Gabriela F. Arredondo

Gabriela F. ArredondoGabriela F. Arredondo is an associate professor in the Latin American and Latino studies department at University of California, Santa Cruz. She is the author of Mexican Chicago: Race, Identity, and Nation, 1916-1939 (2008) and a coauthor of Chicana Feminisms: A Critical Reader (2003). Her teaching and research interests include comparative Latina/o histories, gender and racial formations, U.S. and Mexico histories, comparative immigration/migration, U.S. social history, and Chicana/o history.
