Below you will find information to ensure your exhibiting experience at the 2016 OAH Annual Meeting in Providence is successful. Please take note of the deadlines as ordering services after the deadlines can add an additional 20% to your overall expenses.
Forms for additional furniture such as booth carpet, tables, chairs, electricity, and av equipment may be found. A list of all our exclusive suppliers are provided below. We ask that you inform us should a company contact you claiming to be an official representative of OAH who is not listed below, as these companies may be misrepresenting themselves.
- All booths come furnished with one 6ft draped table, two chairs, and a wastepaper basket.
- All panel displays come with one 3x8 panel board (ideal for a 44x 28 inch poster), 4ft draped table, one chair, and one wastepaper basket.
The exhibit hall is carpeted.
