Dear Exhibitor and Advertiser:

The Organization of American Historians and the National Council on Public History cordially invite you to exhibit and advertise at their joint annual meeting, 11-14 April 2002, at the Renaissance Washington, D.C. Hotel.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to reach historians, teachers, museum staff, and other history professionals from across the country. By exhibiting at the meeting and/or advertising in our Annual Meeting Program, you reach an audience of more than 10,000 professionals.

To advertise, please see the enclosed Insertion Order.

To reserve booth space, please follow these three easy steps:

1. Read the enclosed Invitation to Exhibit and examine the floor plan.
2. Choose a location in the exhibit hall and complete the exhibit application. Please select locations from different areas of the hall.
3. Mail your signed contract (keep the bottom copy for your files) with a $500 deposit per booth to: Amy M. Stark, Convention Manager, OAH, 112 North Bryan Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana 47408-4199. Booths are assigned on a first-come first-served basis and must be postmarked on or after 28 September 2001.
