Give to the OAH Today

The Organization of American Historians is pleased to promote the scholarship, teaching, and presentation of American History. We are able to continue our mission thanks in great part to the generous support of our donors. Our dues and conference fees are kept low to encourage all those who study American history to join us.  Therefore, we rely on the philanthropic support of our members to enhance our offerings, and your assistance is essential to our efforts to grow and improve.

We ask that you consider making a donation to the OAH so that we can plan for the future and ensure that the OAH remains the leading organization for American historians. We greatly appreciate your support!

The OAH provides multiple levels of donor recognition as well as the option to designate your gift to support any of our funds and initiatives. All contributors are recognized on the OAH Web site and in the OAH Annual Report. Major donors are also recognized at the Annual Meeting Distinguished Members Reception, and donors making a donation of $500 or more are listed annually in the Journal of American History.
