OAH Announces Sponsored Memberships
Do you have current students or recent graduates who could benefit from and would enjoy membership in the Organization of American Historians? If so, you can take advantage of the OAH’s new sponsored membership category for young scholars. For $35 per year, per student, you can sponsor OAH memberships for students or recent graduates. (Please use our sponsored membership application form.)
Sponsored members receive the Journal of American History and all the benefits of OAH membership, including access to the OAH’s Career Center and the premium content of the Versatile PhD Web site (links to career resources, current job listings, tips for job searching, and interviews with individuals who have used their history degrees to find rewarding jobs in the field).
Any OAH member who sponsors five or more individuals by March 15, 2013 will be automatically entered in a drawing to receive a complimentary registration for an upcoming OAH Annual Meeting. Sponsor your students today, and help support the next generation of historians!
