Indiana Association of Historians Annual Meeting

The thirtieth annual meeting of the Indiana Association of Historians (IAH) will take place on February 26 and 27, 2010, at Anderson University’s Flagship Enterprise Center in Anderson, Indiana. Founded in 1980, the IAH brings together educators, scholars, genealogists, archivists, public historians, librarians, and the interested public for the enjoyment of the pursuit of history. Given the significant changes in the structure and funding in of education in Indiana, the IAH offers a place for discussion about how best to assure that history regains a role in the curriculum at all levels of education and that it remains a proven foundation for careers in education and for positions of consequence in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
