Scholars-in-Residence program through the Institute for Advanced Study
Each year, the School of Social Science at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, invites about twenty scholars-in-residence for the full academic year. The school encourages social scientific work with an historical and humanistic bent, focusing on a general theme that provides common intellectual ground for approximately half of the scholars. The 2011–2012 theme will be Moralities, under the direction of Didier Fassin. For more information, or to submit an application, visit http://www.sss.ias.edu/applications.
