Underground Railroad Conference, July 28–31, 2010

The 2010 National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom Program Conference will be held July 28–31 at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Topeka, Kansas. “Battleground for Freedom: The Underground Railroad on the Western Frontier,” will explore how the underground railroad influenced the national and territorial struggle to bring Kansas into the Union—whether slave or free.
