$2,500 research grant in U.S. naval history
The Naval History and Heritage Command is offering two research grants (of up to $2,500) for research in U. S. naval history. The 2010 Vice Admiral Edwin B. Hooper Research Grants are named in honor of the late Vice Admiral Edwin B. Hooper, a former director of naval history, for his great contributions to U. S. naval history. The grants are intended to help defray the costs of travel, living expenses, and document duplication related to the research or writing processes for books or articles.
