AHA offers an opportunity to mentor a graduate student with disabilities
Graduate study in history is arduous for all students, but students with disabilities face distinctive challenges. The American Historical Association (AHA) Task Force on Historians with Disabilities believes that historians who understand disability experiences firsthand could help such students deal with disability-related issues in graduate historical studies and in the development of their careers. If you are interested in mentoring a disabled graduate student, contact Paul Longmore at firstname.lastname@example.org. The task force will keep all provided information strictly confidential.
