Pending funding, OAH anticipates offering four (4) $500 travel stipends for individuals who will attend the OAH Conference on American History. One stipend each will be awarded to a graduate student, a contingent faculty member, a K-12 history educator, and an independent scholar
The Mellon travel stipends will be awarded by a lottery system. To be considered for travel stipend to attend the 2024 conference on American History in New Orleans, please complete the submission form by November 1. Recipients will be notified after December 1, 2023.
