Lecture Description

Everyone has had the problem of being out in public and unable to find a toilet. Why is that? This lecture begins to answer the question and it starts with a surprise. In the early part of the 20th Century, most American cities built elaborate public bathrooms. Then, they boarded them up or neglected them.  Why? That’s the other question that this lecture will answer.
