OAH Mailing Lists
The Organization of American Historians rents its mailing list of more than two thousand individual members choosing to participate in this program to scholarly publishers and other relevant organizations. Interested groups may select members based on geographic region. The rental of OAH mailing lists are subject to the terms outlined below.

Mailing lists are available in comma delimited format only and delivered by email attachment.
Rates
- $175 per thousand names

Orders are not pro-rated, and any list under 1,000 names will be billed at $175. No reduced rates apply if fewer than the total number of names ordered are used. To obtain an estimate prior to ordering, please contact us. Please note the actual count may vary slightly.

How to Order
All orders must be made in writing using the OAH Mailing List Order Form. (We do not accept telephone orders, only payments.) When the order is placed, we must also have a sample of the mailing piece.
Sample mailing pieces must be approved by the executive office prior to processing the order. Once approved, the order is filled and an invoice will be mailed.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing once your order has been received.
Terms
The Organization of American Historians reserves the right to reject any mailing list request that is not consistent with the goals and purposes of the organization. Lists are provided for a one-time use and may not be reproduced in any manner.
OAH does not sell the email addresses of its members or subscribers.
The organization’s name may not be used in connection with any mailing without prior written approval from the OAH. Permission to use the labels constitutes neither approval nor endorsement by the OAH of any product or service.
Payment (by check or credit card) is due upon invoice receipt and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit. When an order is placed by an agency or broker on behalf of a customer, the agency or broker and the customer will be held jointly liable for payment. Payment by the customer to the agency or broker shall not constitute payment to the OAH.
All sales are final.
